  • Prepare listing contract in full detail presenting property to purchasers & Realtors

  • Decide together how often & method in person, phone, e-mail for periodic Client Review

  • Enroll property in NorthWest MLS using a photo of the home from the water

  • Have artist create pen and ink sketch of home for marketing purposes

  • Place a wooden Windermere Real Estate Premier sign on property with our direct phone numbers,  brochure box & directional signs (signage is most important tool)

  • Coordinate or be present at showings. Use keybox or keep key in office & with me

  • Prepare Property Profile with house & site plans, plat maps, photos, utility bills, inspection reports community info & anything pertinent to marketing your home

  • Create Property Graphics for buyers in home (color) & in exterior brochure holder

  • Conduct a Thursday tour for Gig Harbor Realtors to familiarize themselves with property

  • Advertise in Peninsula Gateway Windermere ad

  • Advertise using my Home of the Week display ad in Peninsula Gateway with photographs

  • Advertise in News Tribune Windermere ad

  • Advertise on front page of Peninsula Gateway in my weekly photo Action Ad

  • Advertise in Puget Sound Business Journal with sketch or color photo

  • Enroll listing in Windermere's Premier Home Program

  • Design a Gallery of photos for Windermere's website

  • Create a virtual tour for prospective buyer or Realtors, posted on many sites, including Yahoo

  • Advertise on internet with 20-50 virtual tour photos, using panoramics

    • www.windermere.com (national site)

    • www.isellgigharbor.com (my personal website)

    • www.nwrealestate.com (NWMLS website)

    • additionally several offices download entire MLS listings to their web sites

  • Use Windermere & CRS networks of Bellevue/Seattle Realtors to market home

  • Promote home in direct mail program & send a color postcard designed for your home

  • Monitor listings & sale activities to maintain competitive position in the marketplace

  • Follow-up on showings to obtain prospects' & Realtors comments

  • Negotiate all offers, advise you & successfully conclude escrow
